Authors' Responsibilities
- Submission of High-Quality and Standard Scientific Articles
Authors are responsible for preparing their manuscripts in a scientific, coherent, and well-structured manner, in accordance with the journal's standards. The research methodology must be described accurately, clearly, transparently, and objectively, and the data must be reported correctly. Authors must respect the copyright of others by providing complete and appropriate citations. The use of sensitive or unethical content, subjective or personal views, racial or religious issues, fabricated or false information, and translations of others' works without proper attribution must be avoided.
- Providing Raw Data When Required
Authors may be requested to provide and identify the raw data, interviews, questionnaires, and other research instruments used in their study, where necessary. Public access to such information, consistent with the ALPSP–STM statement, can contribute to improving the quality and reproducibility of published research.
- Originality of the Submitted Manuscript
Manuscripts submitted by authors must constitute their own original work. Any use of the research, ideas, findings, or materials of other researchers must be appropriately acknowledged and cited in the manuscript.
- Prohibition of Simultaneous Submission or Duplicate Publication
Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to more than one journal, as well as submission of articles that have already been published or accepted for publication elsewhere, is contrary to publication ethics and is not permitted.
- Proper Referencing and Citation
References and citations must include all books, articles, theses, dissertations, websites, and other sources used in the research and must be presented according to the journal's prescribed referencing style.
- Identification of the Corresponding Author and Co-Authors
The corresponding author should be an individual who has made a substantial contribution to the preparation, development, design, and conduct of the study. Other individuals who have made significant contributions should be appropriately identified as co-authors. The corresponding author must ensure that the names and information of all legitimate authors are accurately provided and that no individuals who have not contributed to the research are listed as authors. All authors must have reviewed and approved the final manuscript and agreed to its submission to the journal.
- Disclosure of Potential Risks to Humans or Other Living Organisms
Any potential risks to humans or other living organisms arising from the research must be clearly and transparently described in the manuscript.
- Disclosure of Financial Support
Authors must acknowledge all financial and non-financial sources of support for their research in the Acknowledgements section, before the reference list.

Reporting Major Errors in the Published Article
If authors discover any significant error or inaccuracy in their manuscript at any stage, the corresponding author and other authors must promptly inform the journal and cooperate in correcting the error, retracting the article, or issuing an appropriate correction or retraction, as necessary. The authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the content of their articles. Publication of an article does not imply that the journal endorses or assumes responsibility for its contents.
This journal respects publication ethics and follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the applicable regulations concerning the prevention of and response to academic misconduct and scientific fraud.
- Copyright Ownership
Under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license, authors retain ownership of the copyright in their articles without restriction. Authors retain full control over their scholarly work, including the rights to reuse, distribute, republish, and share their work, subject to the terms of the applicable license.
