هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تغییرات تعادل ایستا و پویا و دقت حس عمقی مفاصل زانو و مچ پای تکواندوکاران نوجوان، قبل و بعد از اعمال خستگی است.  تحقیق حاضر از نوع نیمه‌تجربی است. آزمودنی­های تحقیق را تعداد 20 نفر از تکواندو­کاران پسر نوجوان (4/4±86/17 سال، 2/5±37/174 سانتی­متر، 1/6±61/65 کیلوگرم) از بین جامعه آماری تشکیل داده است. متغیرهای تعادل ایستا و پویا به ترتیب بوسیله آزمون تعادل ایستای استورک و آزمون تعادل پویای Y و همچنین حس عمقی مفاصل مچ پا و زانو به ترتیب در زوایای 10 درجه دورسی­فلکشن مچ پا و 30 درجه فلکشن زانو بوسیله روش عکس­برداری مورد اندازه­گیری قرار گرفت. سپس پروتکل خستگی عملکردی اعمال ­شد. پس از اتمام پروتکل خستگی، مجدداً تمامی متغیرها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج آزمون تی زوجی نشان داد که پس از اعمال پروتکل خستگی، بین میانگین امتیازات تعادل ایستا (028/0P=) و پویا در هر سه جهت قدامی (001/0P=)، خلفی-داخلی (012/0P=) و خلفی-خارجی (009/0P=) و همچنین دقت حس عمقی مفاصل زانو (003/0P=) و مچ پای (001/0P=) آزمودنی­ها تفاوت معنی­داری وجود دارد.
به کلیه مربیان و ورزشکاران رشته تکواندو توصیه می­شود نسبت به انجام تمرینات آماده­سازی تخصصی رشته تکواندو و متناسب با سنین نوجوانی، اقدام نمایند.
