وظایف حرکتی عصبی-شناختی، ارتباط موثری بر هماهنگی عملکرد ورزشی و آسیب‌های اسکلتی عضلانی دارد. بقایای تغییرات شناختی پس از جراحی بازسازی رباط صلیبی قدامی موجب تغییرات بیومکانیکی زانو شده و می‌تواند ریسک آسیب ثانویه را افزایش می‌دهد. هدف مطالعه‌ی حاضر بررسی و مقایسه کینتیکی ورزشکاران با سابقه بازسازی رباط صلیبی قدامی و ورزشکاران بدون آسیب بود. در مطالعه‌ی پیش رو در مجموع 30 فوتبالیست مرد حرفه‌ایشامل15 ورزشکار با سابقه بازسازی رباط صلیبی قدامی بعد از بازگشت به بازی و 15 ورزشکار سالم، شرکت کردند. آزمودنی‌ها حداقل 5 فرود قطره‌ای با مداخله شناختی در تصمیم گیری نقطه فرود برروی صفحه نیرو انجام دادند. حداکثر نیروی عکس العمل زمین، زمان رسیدن به ثبات و مرکز فشار با شاخص طول مسیر در لحظه فرود محاسبه شد. برای مقایسه‌ی متغیرها از آزمون یو من ویتنی استفاده شد. ازنظر آماری ، تفاوت معناداری در چهار متغیر: میانگین حداکثر مسیر حرکت مرکز فشار (04/ 0 = p)، حداکثر میانگین نیروی عمودی عکس العمل زمین در بهترین فرودها (01/ 0 = p )، حداکثر میانگین نیروی عمودی عکس العمل زمین در کل فرودها (01/ 0 = p  ) و حداکثر میانگین نیروی داخلی-خارجی عکس العمل زمین در بهترین فرودها (03/ 0 = p ) وجود داشت، اما در متغیر حداکثر زمان رسیدن به ثبات در همه کلاس‌های فرود (05/ 0 > p ) از نظر آماری معناداری مشاهده نشد. به نظر می‌رسد اختلال در تصمیم‌گیری با مداخله‌ی شناختی در طول مرحله پرواز، ریسک آسیب‌دیدگی مجدد را در افراد باسابقه بازسازی رباط صلیبی افزایش می‌دهد.
