هدف این تحقیق بررسی اثر 8 هفته تمرینات بازخوردی عصبی­-عضلانی داخلی و خارجی بر تعادل وقدرت در دختران بسکتبالیست کرمان با ریسک آسیب زیاد می­باشد. 20 بسکتبالیست به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه بازخورد داخلی و بازخورد خارجی به مدت 8 هفته 3جلسه ای پروتکل تمرینی را اجرا کردند.تعادل پویا با دستگاه بایودکس و قدرت با دستگاه MMT ، در دو مرحله پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون اندازه‌گیری شدند و از آزمون آماری تحلیل کوواریانس جهت تجزیه ‌وتحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.نتایج تفاوت معناداری دربین دوگروه در تعادل کلی و تعادل داخلی/خارجی نشان داد (001/0p=). در میزان قدرت عضله کوادریسپس و همسترینگ بین دو گروه تمرینات بازخوردی خارجی و داخلی تفاوت معنا‌داری مشاهده شد (05/0P). همچنین نتایج آزمونt  زوجی نشان داد که  پیشرفت تعادل کلی، تعادل قدامی /خلفی و تعادل داخلی/خارجی در گروه بازخورد خارجی و داخلی  نسبت به پیش آزمون معناداربود ( 002/ <0p). پیشرفت قدرت عضله کوادریسپس و همسترینگ در گروه بازخورد خارجی و بازخورد داخلی در پس آزمون نسبت به پیش آزمون معناداربود (001/0p=).تمرینات بازخوردی داخلی و خارجی عصبی-عضلانی یکی از شیوه‌های تمرینی مناسب جهت بهبود تعادل و قدرت عضلات زانو در دختران هست و تمرینات با بازخورد خارجی مؤثرتر از تمرینات با بازخورد داخلی بود.
